Shipping and Handling

Shipping for any purchase will be made via the most cost effective method as determined by UDS. Handling charges are included with the cost of shipping.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. To pay by check call our Resource Center at 888-837-4235 for assistance.

Prices

Our prices are subject to change without notice. UDS is not responsible for typos or pricing errors. All orders are calculated in U.S. Dollars.

Returns

Due to the nature of these products, we are generally unable to accept returns. Call our Resource Center at 888-837-4235 and they will determine whether a return can be accepted. If accepted, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and be given further instructions. All product(s) must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Send return to the address given to you with your Return Authorization Number.

Refunds

If you are due a refund and your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund that will appear on your credit card billing statement.
