Any complaints about Independent Living Services website or social media content should be submitted to Marketing@udservices.org. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for investigating and responding to all inquiries and will typically reply within 24 hours or the next business day. Response to complaints may be handled either publically and/or privately as deemed appropriate. Independent Living Services and UDS Foundation reserves the right to take appropriate action on any content that is posted to its accounts, including deletion of content that is deemed to be inaccurate, misleading, offensive or otherwise violates policies of Independent Living Services, UDS Foundation or social media platform policies.
