ILS offers a number of affordable non-medical in-home care services to give you as much (or as little) care as you need. All of our in-home personal care packages can be tailored to suit your unique needs. ILS also offers packages for caregivers and family members.

Depending on your home healthcare needs and financial situation, our in-home personal care services can be paid for privately or covered by long-term care insurance. In many cases, our in-home personal care packages can be paid for with medical assistance funding available through the state. We’ll help you determine the best payment option for you.

Our Care Managers Make Your Home Life Easier

ILS Care Managers are here to help you with the important information and practical solutions you need to live a more active, independent, and fuller life. Our Care Managers are knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate professionals who are highly-skilled at providing personalized guidance and planning. They’ll work with you to create and implement an independent living plan, help you determine if financial assistance is available, and guide your progress for as long as you desire.

ILS offers the following personal care packages:

  • Sunrise / Sunset Care Package. Don’t be overwhelmed by your morning and evening routines. Our caring companions help make your daily transitions safe and easy. This package includes two daily 3 hour visits. Learn more.
  • Transition Care Package. These packages provide short-term transition support for individuals returning home from the hospital. Care starts within 24-48 hours of discharge and includes 56 hours of care during the first month. Learn more.
  • Caregiver Respite Package. Wouldn’t it be nice to take care of yourself for a change? We can be there when you can’t. This package includes 12 hours per week to use at your discretion. Learn more.
  • Stay-at-Home Starter Package. This short-term package helps individuals who live alone regain their independence after returning home from the hospital. The package includes 36 hours of care per month. Learn more.
