Independent Living Services is a non-profit organization committed to helping people with disabilities, veterans, and the elderly lead more independent and fulfilling lives. For more than 25 years, we’ve provided non-medical in-home personal care from our headquarters in Lancaster and Tamaqua, PA.
Today, more than 200 caring, dedicated ILS employees proudly serve seniors, those recovering from illness/injury, and people with disabilities. Last year alone, we took care of more than 500 clients, providing the care that they need in the place they call home.

Independent Living Services is a division of Accessing Independence and a certified medical assistance provider licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We are governed by the Accessing Independence Board of Directors.
